DIFCON 2026 is a premier event featuring six co-located conferences, 7th Multimedia University Engineering Conference 2026 (MECON2026), 6th International Conference on Computing, Information Technology and Intelligent Computing 2026 (CITIC2026), 6th International Conference of Creative Multimedia 2026 (ICCM2026), 7th International Conference on Communication, Language, Education and Social Sciences 2026 (CLESS2026), 6th International Conference on Law and Digitalisation 2025 (ICLD2026) and 6th International Conference on Technology and Innovation Management 2026 (ICTIM2026).Scheduled on May 5-7, 2026, DIFCON2026 organization supports and is aligned with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. It is continued to be conducted in hybrid mode, providing participants the flexibility to join the conference either on-site or virtually.

Professor Abd Rahim Abu Talib is a distinguished scholar and leader in Aerospace Engineering, widely recognized for his contributions to research, education, and industry. He earned his PhD in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford (2003), and a B.Eng (Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Salford (1998). Currently serving as the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic and International) at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Professor Abd Rahim previously held several key positions, including Director of Quality Assurance, Head of Department of Aerospace Engineering, and Deputy Dean at the Faculty of Engineering. He also served as Deputy Chair of the Council of Quality Assurance for Public Universities (MPQ-UA). With extensive industrial experience, he was seconded to the Aerospace Malaysia Innovation Centre (AMIC), MiGHT Meteor Advanced Manufacturing (MMAM), and the Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT). Professor Abd Rahim is President of the Southeast Asia Network on Aerospace Engineering (SANAE), Deputy President and Fellow of MySET, and a Top Research Scientist Malaysia from the Academy Science Malaysia, 2024. A registered Professional Engineer and ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer, he has authored over 130 journal papers and, in 2025, is listed among the world’s top 2% scientists by Elsevier and Stanford University.
