International Conference on Computer, Information Technology and Intelligent Computing
The 3rd International Conference on Computer, Information Technology and Intelligent Computing (CITIC 2023) will be held on 26-28 July 2023 virtually. This conference is being co-organized by Faculty of Computing & Informatics (FCI) and Faculty of Information Science Technology (FIST), Multimedia University. CITIC 2023 aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Frontiers in Computer, Information Technology and Intelligent Computing. It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Computer, Information Technology and Intelligent Computing.
All accepted papers will be published in indexed journals (subject to meeting individual journals requirement) or proceedings (by AIP Proceedings, indexing status: https://pubs.aip.org/aip/acp/pages/abstracts). Following are participating journals:

Dr. M. F. Mridha (Senior Member, IEEE) is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science, American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). Before that he worked as Associate Professor and Chairman in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT). He received his Ph.D. in AI/ML from Jahangirnagar University in the year 2017. His research experience, within both academia and industry, results in over 130 journal and conference publications. His research work contributed to the reputed Journal of Scientific Reports Nature, Knowledge-Based Systems, Artificial Intelligence Review, IEEE Access, Sensors, Cancers, Biology and Applied Sciences etc. His research interests include Federated Learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and natural language processing (NLP). He has served as a program committee member in several international conferences/workshops. He served as an Academic editor of several journals including PLOS ONE Journal. He has served as a reviewer of reputed journals like IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks, IEEE Access, Knowledge base System, Expert System, Bioinformatics, Springer Nature, MDPI etc.
Dr. Wong Li Pei is an Associate Professor at the School of Computer Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) since 2012. He obtained his Bachelor of Computer Science and Master of Science (Computer Science) from USM. He was then awarded a scholarship (Academic Staff Training Scheme) by USM to pursue PhD in Computer Science at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He embarks on research of nature inspired metaheuristics, soft computing, and hyper-heuristics in tackling continuous and combinatorial optimization for more than ten years. His current research focus is scheduling/planning in transportation and manufacturing. He is also interested in researching the symbiosis relation between optimization and machine learning. His research team is also exploring on how to use quantum computing infrastructure to facilitate machine learning and optimization. He actively reviews journal papers for Applied Soft Computing, Swarm and Evolutionary Computation, Natural Computing, Information Sciences, and Swarm Intelligence. He is also a member of Working Group on Infrastructure, Malaysia Open Science Platform.
Dr. J. Indumathi, polymath, is a professor in Anna University's Department of Information Science and Technology in Chennai, India. She has delivered invited technical talks, plenary talks, keynotes, chaired, co-chaired, and vice-chaired national and international conferences. Dr. J. Indumathi has six granted patents, authored books, edited and co-edited many book chapters, and guest-edited many special issue journals. She has 156 journal and conference papers published. She is an expert on international technical committees, editorial advisory boards, and review boards. Her notable, illustrious consultancy work earned her an Active Consultant Award and 78 other awards. She specializes in cutting-edge technologies like IoT, Blockchain, Digital Twins, AI, ML, DL, and analytics. As a privacy researcher and activist, she works at the intersection of technology, law, and policy. She has a passion for research and innovation, and she has created groundbreaking projects that have improved human lifestyles.
Mr. Edwin Loh is a serial entrepreneur and marketeer with 25 years’ experience in a wide variety of industries like AI, Food & Beverage, Fashion, Advertising, E-commerce, Education, and Logistics. He is currently the CEO/Co-Founder of The Xpress Train (a Venture Builder), KOTO Association (an AI-driven platform for Upskilling, Job Placement, and Financial Inclusion), Nanobar (an IOT Vending box), and Imagine AI Sdn. Bhd. (Solutions provider for Automation, AI Vision, and Robotics). In his early years were in Selangor. He received his education at the National University of Singapore where, as President of the Faculty, he ran a multitude of projects and student activities. He believes in an active lifestyle, and he is passionate about sports, travel, and films. He is also deeply involved with the local activities in Johor and would like to contribute to promoting Johor wherever and whenever possible.
Dr. Hairulnizam Mahdin is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. He has an extensive background in computer science and has been actively involved in many conferences internationally, serving in various capacities including chairman, program committee, general co-chair, and vice-chair. He has also served as the best paper award judge in several conferences. In addition to his involvement in conferences, Hairulnizam has also been an editor and co-editor for numerous book chapters and guest-edited many special issue journals. He has published over 100 journal and conference papers indexed by various indexes including WOS, Scopus, and Google Scholar. His research interests include the Internet of Things (IoT), data management, and artificial intelligence (AI).
