Double Blind Submission

All submitted manuscripts will be evaluated based on their quality and relevance through double-blind reviewing, where the identities of the authors are not revealed to the reviewers. As an author, you are requested to preserve the anonymity of your submission, by removing the author names, contact information, and affiliations from the title and anywhere else in the text body of the paper. Papers that do not conform to our double-blind submission policies will be rejected without review.
